I am looking to have a photographer but not have the albums done by them. I honestly don't like them! I am very creative so I would like to customize the album to our wants and not stick to the leather bound books. Any photographers out there offer this as an option? How much would photographers charge for just doing the photography? Thanks in advance.

I am sure Mark Kauffman can do this. You can just get wedding day photographs without any albums.

Thanks Michele! I believe Mark K would help but I haven't received a response from him Sometime this month (Sept actually) I plan on looking into photographers and I would like to book someone by the end of October if all goes well. So if anyone is out there that can help me... please let me know. Thanks

I am sure he will get back to you. I know for a fact that he books day of photographers only. He might be on vacation- not sure.

i checked out verdi and they had a few different types of albums.....and maybe they could order one you would like--?

Yes, we can set up whatever works for you starting with just photography coverage of the day.
When you said you hadn't received a response, did you mean on this board or from contacting me directly? (since I'm quite diligent in returning calls and emails.) I was away this past weekend and going on vacation tomorrow until 8/30, although the office WILL be open.

Check out my photographer Ed Collins. He did a wonderful job. He gives you hundreds and hundreds of pictures. We got our proofs and they are not stamped with those ugly proofs all over them either. I highly recommend him. Tell him neva sent you. His website is www.edcollinsphoto.com

Check this guy out he does he shoots and provides proofs and gives no cost advice on producing your album and you can have the negatives. he shot a no cost digital photo session which we used as our engagement photo at no cost jsut by visiting him, he will shoot in L.I.
