Photography Quote

I wanted to get a quote for my September 26, 2009 wedding. I want a package that includes:

1. DVD of all my photos in hi-resolution.
(I want ownership of my pictures)
2. 80-100 picture bridal album
3. (2) 5x7 leather bound parent's album
4. 20x20 enlargement

I would also like information on the number of photos that will be taken that day, type of photography, number of photographers.
I'm looking for portraits, candids, and photojournalism.
