Photography Quote Needed

Looking for a photography quotes for Sunday, August 31, 2008 evening wedding at Land's End in Sayville. No video needed. Looking for custom package that includes the following:

2nd Photog for half or full day (please quote both options if available);
Indication of whether you include assistant;
Bride & Groom's album, but no parents albums;
100 thank you cards
No photo limit
Negatives or hi-res images on CDs or DVD
All printed proofs if not on CD/DVD.
