Photography Quotes

Hi!
Would anyone be able to tell me what kind of quotes I can expect for photo and video? Our wedding is 10/2/10.
Here's what I'm looking for:
Photo -
1 photographer for ceremony and reception,
1 wedding album,
2 parents albums,
1 enlarged photo,
all proofs,
cd of pics
Video -
ceremony & reception coverage
1 DVD copy

Any help is greatly appreciated!
