Photography, Video, Limo quotes

As my FW and I already have our RH and DJ picked out, we would like quotes on, or possibly a package price for Photography, Video, Limos and possibly flowers (Though all we are looking for is bouquets and boutineers(sp?)). Any help would be appreciated!! I should mention that our date is in Jan 2012.
