Well, there's no getting around the numbers and that just IS a really tight budget. Perhaps choose either one to put quality into and sacrifice the other one rather than sacrificing both. Depending on what's important to you and your sensibilities. It's probably true that you could find one of the high volume studios that may be able to accomodate the budget with what you want included.

well, i said around $3,000, i am willing to go a little above. and i am sure i will find someone who can accomadate me.
