Photo/Video Quotes Please

I am going to need a photographer who can work with my budget. i am not really interested in albums i can do this stuff my self. i really want someone that can take mostly candids or photojounalistic pictures and of course some traditional photos. i am open to doing all digital.
As for the video as well nothing fancy no photo montages i am not into that just edited video of the entire day.
