Planners - mid-July or mid-August starting NOW! Possible?

Hi - I'm an American living in Amsterdam with my Dutch fiance. I lived in Manhattan for 1.5 years before moving here in December and we'll be moving back to the NYC area by November 2005. We'd like to get married in the NYC area on 7/16, 8/6 or 8/13. Ideally, we could have our guests stay in Manhattan yet have our ceremony & reception in a more natural, beautiful environment (within an hour of the city with arranged group transportation). Budget $7.5 - $10K total for 50-75 guests.

I think I'll basically need a full service wedding planner since I'll be doing everything from Amsterdam with one late-April, early-May visit to NYC. Like a destination wedding!

Do you think this is possible? Anyone think they can take on the task?
