Planners: Non-traditional reception spots?

hi there,

I'm looking into a July 2008 wedding for approx 225 people and am trying to identify non-traditional locations that accommodate this number.

I am not really interested in having the wedding at a reception hall and would be open to beach clubs, outdoor spots with an indoor option to comfortably seat my number, etc etc etc.

I'd be happy to pay for a consultation with a planner to discuss options.
