Planning wedding from out of town - Reception venues need help getting pricing

Hi!
I am in Boston, MA planning my wedding in Long Island I will be down there probably at the end of the month to check out places. I need pricing and pacakge information though so I can narrow my list down since I will only have 2 days to check out reception venues.

I am looking for Friday evening Reception in August of 2009, sit down dinner and open bar. My number should be about 120 guests. I need ceremony on site and pricing for that as well as pp pricing for reception. Also what is included in package. I also prefer venues with outdoor ceremony ability.
