Is it inappropiate to tip vendors at a later date. For example, about a week later.

I would say it would be inappropiate & awkward to yourself. If you gave a tip to someone a week later because you missed that person that would be fine. You should try to budget the whole wedding including all gratuities. Hope this helps. Charlie Gandolfo Dynasty Limousines
