I don't have an Methodist referrals for you, but if non-denominational is okay you can call Kate @ The Unitarian Fellowship in Stony Brook (she travels all over) @ 631-751-0297. Also check the vendor source guides because some traveling ministers actually advertise. Otherwise there might be a Methodist headquarters somewhere that may be able to help you.

You're probably thinking of the Coe Estate @ Planting Fields Arboretum. It's about 10-15 minutes from Milleridge. There are lots of places around, depending on the look and mood you want. The beach is a lot different from Planting Fields. You should discuss with your photographer what would work best with your personalities. If you love the beach, then go for it. Otherwise the beach is not an ideal spot for pictures. Only if you're beachy people.
