price quote on some ideas for flowers/decor, please

I am looking for a florist with some creative ideas to go with my concept for the flowers and decor for my wedding next August.
I am paying for the wedding entirely on my own (no help from either set of parents and my fiancé is not in a financial situation to contribute), so please go easy on me. I would greatly appreciate a ballpark quote for:

Ceremony (at the catering hall)
small flower balls lining the outer isle chairs
simple huppa rental and flower arrangements

Reception
Small cocktail hour floral arrangements (not necessary but desired)
about 15 centerpieces - 8 high, 7 low
5 bridesmaid bouquets
6 boutonnières
2 corsages
1 bridal bouquet
1 throwaway bouquet
a few scattered flowers for the base of the wedding cake and around the place cards

My theme is a haute couture take on an elegant, yet whimsical garden theme. The flowers that are most appealing to me are a mix of blush and dusty pink English cabbage roses (since peony are out of season in August), cream and pink ranculus, hydrangea, parrot tulips and green dripping amaranth and twigs for the high centerpieces.

I know this is quite detailed but I thought that would be more helpful to you in giving me a quote.
