Make sure you find out what time the previous function in your room finishes. This way it will make it a lot easier for your Band or DJ to know in advance how much time they will have to set up.It will also be helpful regarding what to offer for cocktail hour music-depending on how much time is between functions.This information is greatly helpful to me in advising a bride what she should have for the ceremony and/or cocktail hour if I am providing the Band or DJ.It also eliminates last minute setting up problems-which you do not need to find out about on the day of your wedding. It also eliminates any possibility of the Band or DJ starting late because of lack of setting up time.If you have the first function of the day there is no problem. This only occurs when you are the evening function.Look at my editorials
