My FI & I are having a dilema with the catering facility where we are getting married. We booked to have the ceremony in their gardens but now they are telling us we shouldn't do a rehersal. They said if we insist - we could do a rehersal 30 min. before the actual ceremony but they said it really isnt needed.
We're a bit concerned because neither of us has ever been married before and we have 2 ministers doing the ceremony. Plus we have first time BMs and GMs. Are we nuts for thinking we want to do a rehersal a day or two before? We were willing to work around any other events that were booked?!

Re: Question for ministers/officiants
First thing to consider is your comfort levels. If you are going to make yourselves nuts in between now and September stressing over this, then by all means schedule a rehearsal just so you don't make yourselves sick! IMO Running through everything the morning of isn't a bad thing if you will already have seen one another.
Have a great wedding and many happy years to follow!
