Quotes Needed- Shuttle Services for Guests and Bus for Bridal Party
We are getting married on July 7, 2012. Both the wedding and the reception are at the Swan Club. We are looking for transportation services to move the bridesmaids and bride's family from East Williston to the Swan Club in Roslyn and then the groomsmen and groom's family from the Roslyn Claremont Hotel in Roslyn to the Swan Club around 3 pm. We also need transportation for the guests from the Roslyn Claremont Hotel to the Swan Club between 4:30 and 5 pm and then back from the Swan Club to the Roslyn Claremont hotel between 11 and 12:30. We are looking for a party bus for the bridal party which is (approximately 12 people for brides side and 12 for grooms side) and then vans/buses for the guests (approximately 50-80 people).
Ideally we would like continuous shuttle service for the guests especially during the arrival time, but we are looking for whatever may meet our complex needs at the most affordable price.
Please let me know if you have anything available that might meet our needs and what the minimum number of required hours is for a reservation.
