RD Caterers - Crawfish????

Okay, I know this is crazy, but we would like to try to do a good ol' fashion crawfish boil for our Rehearsal Dinner. FH is from Baton Rouge and we would very much like the RD to be 'his' style (b/c everything else about the wedding is very NY and formal).
Are there any caterers out there that have ideas or can help with this???? Not even sure if anyplace on Long Island even sells crawfish?!

You may want to contact a restuarant called The Bayou in Bellmore on Jerusalem Avenue. I used to go there a long time ago, and they specialized in New Orleans cooking, and it was a really unique and fun place to go--I'm sure there still in business.

I also think there is another restaurant like this on Long Island but I cannot remember the name--I will work on finding out.

I really appreciate the ideas. Just one more question. Does anyone know of a caterer or restaurant that does crawfish in Suffolk County? Since we are pretty far out (Port Jeff area) those are looking like they are going to be a little far (at least for my mom). Thanks though!!
