Reception Hall & Other Wedding details

Hi,

I am trying to decide on a reception site for my 2009 wedding (will be in the fall - Sept. Oct months). No matter how hard me and my FH will try - we are going to have a LARGE wedding! Atleast 500 guests!!!! So I am definitely looking for a reception site that will have great food and will be willing to offer a reasonable price. Since I am having ALOT of guests every thing I can save on will help tremendously. I would love to have a reception site that is near the water to have the view but that is certainly not a requirement. At this point I will be choosing a place that has a great food menu for a reasonable price.

As mentioned it is IMPERATIVE that I save in whichever way I can - Flowers, Photographers, etc. Please offer quotations if possible to help me narrow my choices!!!
