receptions

i am looking for quotes on an open buffet for 11-12-2004. i just want to know if u can do a buffet. how much it would be per person. Also how much it would be for a 6 hour and also a 5 hour reception. that also includes the cocktail hour. would it be possible for it to start at 6 or 7 and end at 12 or so

We can do a buffet, although it is more cost effective to have a regular sit down dinner.
