I'm looking for a bakery on Long Island that makes an outstanding red velvet cake...this would be for my wedding.

We would like white choc. moose filling with a french buttercream icing.

Can you please also tell me how much it would cost for 150 people.

If you do make this cake do you offer a tasting?
