Scrapbook Style Guest Book HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone have any ideas how I can display/hand these out at my reception to try get the most cards filled out?

I am afraid that if I just put it on a table over in the corner somewhere, no one will fill them out or it might create a line. Ideally I would like to put them on each table, but how do I get everyone to 'deposit' the completed cards into one location?

This is a very cute idea! Maybe if you keep them on each table, with the assistance of the DJ/Band MC, you can ask/remind your guests to fill out the cards, and leave them on the table (similar to the cameras). Then later in the affair, ask the caterer to send someone around the room to pick them up for you, or designate a close friend or relative to pick them up for you.

I agree that if you place it on a table somewhere, it may go unnoticed. Since they will be at their table for most of the evening, it seems that they would have more opportunity to see the card, fill out the card, and leave it right there (You may want to put them in a pretty box/basket on each table and put some extra pens out).

I love this idea!! I think Cathy had some good tips. You could also try to display them on a small easle with a pen tied to it on each table.

I would definetely let your maitre'd know of your intentions-ask him/her to put it on their list of things to do in making sure that people fill it out on the night of the wedding.

You also may want to bring a few with you to your rehearsal dinner. In a more intimate setting like that you could make sure that all the key people fill it out.
