I posted this on the bridal board, but perhaps some vendors can help me out as well?
I am searching on the web for silk/natural paper covered wedding albums with acid free black pages, about 12x12 in size. I am also looking to have some interleaving with rice or other acid-free type of paper.
So far, the only two places where I sort of found what I wanted is
www.daisyarts.com www.mollywest.com
Do you guys know of any other scrapbooking type retailers online? I may go back to kates paperie just to checkout some brands, but I figured I'll ask you guys before going there.
Thanks Alina

Re: Scrapbooking style wedding albums?!?
Hi Alina; We make beautiful handmade books out of tree free, imported handmade paper. They are perfect for wedding guest books, scrap books and memory/keepsake books. These books are totally custom. You can choose the paper and ribbons for the cover and we have either cream or black mulberry pages for the inside. If you would like more info email me and you can see pictures of some of the books at Favorite Things Website Happy wedding planning!

Re: Scrapbooking style wedding albums?!?
Rebecca, thank you for the reply. I have a follow up question - well actually a few:
Can the memory books shown on your website be used for photos? i.e. are they acid free?
Is it possible to have black pages on the inside? Is there a limit on the number of pages to be put inside?
Can rice paper interleaves be put into the memory books?
What are the possible sizes of the books?
We are considering using them as our main photo album, which is why all the questioning...
Thank you very much. Alina

Re: Scrapbooking style wedding albums?!?
Alina; Here are the answers to your questions; 1. The books are totally acid free and are perfect for photographs. 2. Black pages are no problem. The books contain 20 pages but we can put more in for you if you like. We do not suggest more than about 25 of the black pages because the pages tend to be thicker than the mulberry papers. 3. Interleaves are also no problem. We would not use rice paper though. We would use a thin black mulberry paper that also is acid free. 4. The books come in 9x12 or 11x14. These are our standard sizes.
Just so you are aware, these books do not have sleeves in them so you can slip pictures into it. You would have to purchase photo corners, etc. If you would like some samples of the paper we use for the books at no charge please either forum mail or email me your address and I will be happy to get that to you. Thanks!
