Seamstress - Dress Alterations in Westchester?

Can anyone provide me with a recommendation for a reputable seamstress/alterations location in Westchester County or Bronx area?

Looking to have minor alterations on my gown (just hem and bustle), and would rather not have to travel to Long Island, if possible.
