My BM are all getting diff dyable shoes. I need to be able to bring them somewhere to have them dyed, but most places won't do it unless I bought all the shoes there.

Local shoe makers/shoe repairs should be able to do this for you. I've had dyeables purchased and dyed at a local place. If possible, bring all your girls shoes to the same place so they're dyed together using the same die.
Payless and I think fabco shoes also offer dyeables and custom die them for you.
