shuttle bus needed

I wanted to find out if I can get a quote for a shuttle bus. Our wedding is taking place in my parents backyard so there is no specific end time for the wedding.
So I would like to find out if I could get a bus for a pick up at a hotel and drop off at the house for about 20 people around 4pm. (hotel is 12 miles from house)

I would then like to see if I can hire the bus for 3-4 hours that night to shuttle people back from the house to the hotel. (say from 10pm -2am)

Is something like this possible or would I have to rent the bus for the entire night, from 4pm- 2am?

The date for the wedding is Saturday June 12th.
Thanks in advance for any information you could give me.
