Shuttle Bus Quote

Hi!
I am looking for a shuttle bus (not limo bus) for approx. 30-50 passengers from Wingate Inn in Garden City to Jericho Terrace in Mineola on 1/6/06, but am not looking for it to stay with us... just a pick-up/drop-off. Is that possible? Also, if you provide a smaller bus/van, are multiple trips included in the price?
Thanks!
Colleen
