Shuttle Bus/Limo Information Needed!
Hello,
I am looking for information for both a shuttle bus and a limo for the date of my wedding, 10/3/09. I will be married at Vineyard Caterers in Aquebogue at 11:30am and the guests will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Riverhead, the Hilton Garden Inn in Riverhead, and the Best Western in Riverhead.
We will need transportation for the guests from all 3 hotels (they're all just about across the street from one another) to the RH at approximately 11:00am and from the wedding at approximately 5:00pm. I am unsure of how many guests will be at each hotel, but I am estimating needing transportation for about 60 guests.
In addition to the shuttle we will also need limo transportation for myself, my bridal party, and the moms and grandmas (10 in total) from the Holiday Inn Express to the RH around 8:30am. We'll also need transportation for myself and the groom after the wedding- about 530pm.
The distance from the hotels to the RH is approximately 15 minutes.
