shuttle quote needed for 5/23/09 -- UPDATED!
Hi Vendors!
I have approx. 30-35 people from 2 hotels in Riverhead right near each other (Best Western ~ 25 ppl, Holiday Inn Express ~ 9 ppl) to transport from their hotels to/from our East Wind Reception which begins @ 7pm and ends @ 1am. Can you please quote me a price for shuttles for these guests?
I am looking for the most affordable options, so if that means 1 smaller vehicle making 2 trips or 1 larger vehicle making 1 trip I am open to suggestions. Also, our headcount is still slightly in flux so if we re on cusp of capacity/pricing please let me know.
This is for Saturday evening, May 23.
Can you please quote me a price? THANKS!!!
