Slipcovers for Chairs

I booked my reception venue already and love the place, problem is they have these hideous chairs that I desperately need to cover up. Can anyone suggest an affordable vendor that rents slipcovers (preferably with a tulle bow attached to the back)?

Keep the price under $5, is that possible?
