Small and eclectic band

Just starting the reception music search and am curious to see if our ideal out there. The venue is small, so we're looking for a band with no more than 2 or 3 musicians that doesn't get too loud and has a singer with a great voice. We'd want the music to range from Great American Song Book-type and jazzy stuff, '50s tunes, some '80s and the ability to play more indie music (REM? Elvis Costello? Elliot Smith?).
