spanish Bi-lingual DJ/Band

Hi everyone. I am looking for a spanish speaking bi-lingual DJ and/or band for my wedding on 1/20/08 at the Westbury Manor. The majority of the wedding will be made up by my family members who are all Puerto Rican. Ideally, I would like to have the Emcee address the crowd primarily in English, with blubs spoken in spanish, especially the important parts. I want a lot of hip salsa, mambo, and reggeton played mixed up with american club, hiphop and pop. But the spanish music is important. And if there HAPPENS to be a band out there that does a little Bomba Y Plena (any cuatro players out there??) then great!! Lighting effects are a definite plus!
