I have a list of the most requested wedding ceremony music selections. Wedding reception selections totally depend on the individual preference of the bride and groom.It also depends on whether you are having a band or a dj and the age group of the guests attending.You also have to take into consideration favorite songs of the parents as well as the ethnic backgrounds of the families. I just returned from speaking tonight at a seminar for brides at the Westbury Manor. The question of most requested ceremony music was brought up by one of the brides attending. Concerning the reception- your wedding should be unique to you and you alone.Do not select songs because you heard them at other weddings. You should select music that is meaningful to both of you- as well as take into consideration what will work for your quests as well. As an additional thought when you email me - let me know what instrumentation
you are considering for the ceremony -and I can also highlight my suggestions for the instruments you are considering. Also let me know if you are having a band or dj- and I can suggest ideas that would compliment the reception music. I hope this answers your question and was helpful to you.

Just in case the original tape was lost I am sending you another one tonight. If the original finally arrives (it was sent the same day as the letter) just return both tapes to me after you have made your selections. Just a quick follow up. The second tape went out to you in the mail already. Just curious when the two tapes arrive-let me know the postmark dates from the post office for the original tape as well as the one marked 'second packge'. Recently the mail has been very slow and I am curious how long it is taking to get the information to you.

Stan I just wanted to tell you that it could be my post office. Last year my aunt sent me a christmas card and sent it from New Hyde Park. I kid you not when I tell you that I actually got the card in MARCH and it was postmarked 12/26. We have had quite a few problems with our post man. If and when we get both tapes, I assure you I will return them both to you.

There are four sections to the tape. The string ensemble (first section of the tape) is the Essex Chamber Ensemble- they are incredible. They have played for the weddings of all the Scotto family members (Fox Hollow, Chateau Briand,Westbury Manor) as well as the Du Pont wedding. That is the group that will be playing for your wedding. The second part is Harp-Flute-Cello,the third part is solo Harp and the last part is Harp and Flute. Hope you enjoy the tape. Let me know if you have any questions.
