Stewart Manor Country Club bride - Florist quotes needed for December 2014 wedding

I'm a bit early in my planning - but I'd like to get an idea of some florist prices for my 12/20/14 wedding. I am looking for a winter theme with a silver and white color scheme with a splash of red with holly berries, but nothing too over the top because we are on an extremely tight budget. I would like to include some holly berries and some pine sprigs in the arrangements, but other than that I don't have a preference, just as long as it's within a reasonable budget. Here is what we are looking for:

1 Bridal bouquet
7 bridesmaids bouquets
1 flower girl bouquet
1 groom's boutonniere
7 groomsmen boutonnieres
1 ringbearer boutonniere
2 fathers' boutonnieres
3 mothers' corsages

I am looking to have some kind of tall white birch centerpiece for the reception too - please let me know if this is something you can include at a reasonable price.
