Stuck on lowcenterpieces

I am trying to decide on a florist for my event. I have the ceremony flowers picked out but I am totally lost on the centerpieces. I would like to spend $50 - $70 dollars per table for about 15 tables and I HATE the bubble bowl and square bowl set up (it lacks imagination.) I like fruit and vegtables set ups, glass bowls with water and flowers with minmal floating candles. Pretty much anything that is not the bubble/square bowl!! Any advice or reasonable services offered will be considered seriously. Pictures are a big help.
