Thermography Printing

I’m designing and assembling my own Pocketfold invitations. My question is: Is anyone willing to do just the thermography on the cardstock I’ll supply? Can anyone give me pricing for what just the printing cost would be for:

INVITES
-100 4.5 X 6.5 Printed Invites

INSERTS cut to size:
-100 4 X 6.25 direction cards
-100 4 X 5.25 RSVP cards
-100 4 X 4.25 Reception cards

Also, what format can my design be in, is MS Word OK?
