Tranportation Quote - Aug 9th
Hello:
Our wedding is Saturday, Aug 9, 2008 and we are looking for quotes...
We will probably need to shuttle (bus? vans?) approx. 50 to 60 guests from:
1. 1 The Crowne Plaza _ Lauardia Airport, 104-04, Ditmars Blvd, East Elmhurst, NY 11369 to the church at the Merchant Marine Academy, 300 Steamboat Rd, Great Neck, NY 11024 for a ceremony that begins at 10:30 am.
2. Then from the church to the reception at Leonard of Great Neck, 555 Northern Blvd, Great Neck, NY for a cocktail hour that begins at 12:30pm
3. Then from the reception back to the hotel at 5:30pm, when the reception is scheduled to end.
We may also need 2 limos. The first limo can be 10 passengers for the groom, 8 groom’s men, and one ring bearer. The second limo can be 14 passenger for me (the bride), 8 bridesmaids, 2 jr bridesmaids and 1 flower girl.
Both of these limos should leave the hotel around 8:30 am and will be used to drop us off at the reception between 12:30pm and 1:30pm depending on when we finish taking pictures.
In addition we will probably need a pick up for 4 adults (parents and guest), that will need to arrive at the church earlier then the rest of the guests.
And my groom and I would like a ride back to the hotel at the end of the reception. The bridal party/parents can return to the hotel on the shuttle vans or bus.
