Transportation for guests from hotel to reception and back?

Looking for transportation from the Huntington Hilton to the Huntington Townhouse around 6:00 and back around 12-12:30 for Friday Sept. 24, 2004. Not sure how many guests are booking rooms so I am not sure about number of trips that will have to be made. The Hilton is charging us a lot to use their shuttle so I want to see if anyone on here has a better price.
