Transportation for the whole day

Hello!
I am inquiring about what the best way to transport all my guests would be. Our hotel is in great neck while the church is in port Washington at 2:00 and the reception is at 6:00 in Roslyn Heights.
I need a bus for my guests to get to the church and then back to the hotel and then when it's time for the reception, from the hotel to the reception and back to the hotel after the reception!!! Whew!
Please provide quotes for that (how many people a van or bus fits) and then a quote for a limo for us and the bridal party!!
