Transportation help
Hello Vendors!
I am getting married on 6/23/07. I will need a pick up for myself and 3 bm +mom in Baldwin. Church starts at 2:30. From there we have to have two limos. The one we arrive in plus one for the Bridal party (5 guys +3 ladies) to do pictures and what not with a drop at the hall (Vanderbilt Mansion in Oakdale) before 6:30. We would also like to have a van/shuttle/bus/trolley (which ever is most cost effective) take guests back to the hotel (Marriott Islandia) after the reception (11:30 pm).
We are considering having a bus/shuttle/van/trolley pick guests up from the Marriott Islandia also (if cost effective).
Please help, tell me if the plan is silly /over complicated/ crazy. And price quotes if possible.
