Travel Agents - Trying to help a friend

A friend of mine is planning a trip to San Diego with her family. She has already booked the airfare. She just needs the hotel. Any recommendations or good deals going on right now? Something reasonably priced in the Mission Bay area.

She currently is looking into the Best Western Blue Sea Lodge checking in Dec 1 and checking out Dec 7. She would need a room with two queen beds. If you could provide a price for that hotel and any others you think are good.
