Travel Agents - We want to go to Hawaii!!!

I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START, but we know we want to go to Hawaii for our honeymoon. Our wedding is October 1, 2004 and we are thinking of leaving on October 4 or 5 for our honeymoon. Information would be appreciated!
