Trial for makeup and hair needed

I've now started to look into trials and appointments for hair and makeup. Please let me know the process...do I come to you? It is possible for you to come to me? My wedding date is 8/13/05, I have to be ready by 1:00 pm. I live in Queens and I have 5 bridesmaids and my mom for makeup.
