Tulip Centerpieces for E-Party

Looking to get tulips centerpieces for my April 2005 engagement party. The party will be in Rockaway Park (Queens), so would prefer a florist in western Nassau, Queens or Brooklyn. Any idea on prices? There will be 6 or 7 tables, the location is providing balloon centerpieces (not sure if I am going to get them or not), so I want a low floral centerpiece. I am picturing a bubble type vase with the tulips on a mirror with tealights. I want spring colors, pinks, purples, and blues. Please let me know some prices, so we can budget and get ready to order. Thank you. Oh, when should we order them? (Party is April 23, 2005) Thank you in advance for any and all advice.
