Venue needed for 30 person cocktail party

Good Afternoon,

I am looking to have a small cocktail party in September from around 1 - 4 p.m. for around 30 people for a baby ceremony.

I would like it to include an open bar and cocktail hour.

I'm envisioning, 1 - 2 p.m. being the open bar and some appetizers being walked around by wait staff.

2 - 2:30 p.m. will be the baby ceremony and then 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. will be the cocktail hour.
