Venue - Package Deals

I would like to find a venue that has a wedding package similiar to the Brentwood Country Club (their package is like Sat night wedding.. $12,000 for first 100 people includes everything but the gown then approx $75 per head up to 200 people)
My wedding will be approx 250 people . I do not have a wedding date yet... I am looking anywhere between April - Oct 2008.
Thank you!
