Vintage Style hairand makeup

My wedding is going to be a art nouveau 30s shindig..
I am looking to get my hair with loose fingerwaves.. similar to what gwen stefani does right now..
I am also looking for a really goodmakeup artist.. The wedding is in West Sayville, NY long island.. I would be willing to travel to a salon to save $$$.. thanks
