wedding band

My FH would like a plain white gold band. I know the price depends on what it looks like & how heavy it is but can someone give us an idea of how much it would be?
He wants to goto the mall and get a ring but I don't trust some of those stores.
I thought if someone responds, maybe he will decide to buy it from a real store Thanks!
