Wedding Coordinator Vineyard Wedding

Looking for a wedding coordinator with experience working with vineyards in North Fork area.

Need a venu for about 100-120 people, short simple ceremony, no bridesmaids.

Hoping for early Fall or Late Summer 2008
Date is flexible, but prefer Sunday.

Outdoor tent, no dark, stinky cellars.

I found this to be a bit of challenge given timing and number of people. Any help/advice appreciated.
