I just got engaged and want to know which days are normally cheapest Fri-Sun? What if Monday is a holiday like labor day? I know it's best to ask the specific catering halls...but just in case anyone had any idea, i would appreciate it....i want to set a date and I'm not sure what day to choose. I have to reserve the church and need some kind of idea.

Re: What day of the week is cheaper?
generally friday and sundays are cheaper than saturdays. Monday holidays would probably fall into the same price as a fri-sun.. Also different season times can run less expensive than peak seasons. Many different options to choose from. Best wishes with your planning...

Congratulations, Friday's and Sunday's are generally less expensive the only thing I wanted to add was. You can haggle a little. Let the caterer know that you're paying for the wedding even if it's not true. There are different prices for everyone especially if it's not their busy season. Good luck, Sheryl Fabulous Favors
