Re: Prenatal vitamins

I had that with the first type I tried and had to switch. Also try to take it at night before bed so most of the s/e are at night while sleeping. They have a lot of iron in them which can cause stomach issues. Also I was told milk is a no no when you take the vitamin it interferes with the absorption. Stick to taking it with water. Good luck

Re: Prenatal vitamins

im taking them but im not pregnant yet
my dr. recommends 'rainbow light' from GNC or drugstore.com
they are not prescription so they are a little more expensive since u cant use an insurance card but she highly recommends them

Yes you can. I was taking both prenatals and birth control for two months before I got off of BC.

Re: Prenatal vitamins

my doctor said I can start taking them a year before we try to concieve. It's good to start taking them before because there are lots of folic acid and other good stuff in them. I mentioned to FH to start taking them soon.
